"Attorney General Pam Bondi on Saturday morning said Maduro, along with his wife Cilia Flores, had been indicted in the Southern District of New York.

"He 'has been charged with Narco-Terrorism Conspiracy, Cocaine Importation Conspiracy, Possession of Machineguns and Destructive Devices, and Conspiracy to Possess Machineguns and Destructive Devices against the United States,' Bondi posted on social platform X.

"Maduro and his wife are in U.S. custody and are headed to New York to face the indictment, a senior government source told NewsNation."
