REP. RO KHANNA ENDORSES HAMAWY FOR NJ-12

PRINCETON – Today, Rep. Ro Khanna is endorsing Dr. Adam Hamawy in the race for New Jersey’s 12th Congressional District seat.  

“Dr. Adam Hamawy has served our country through his work as a 9/11 responder, Army surgeon, and volunteer on medical missions to war and disaster zones, including in Gaza,” said Rep. Ro Khanna. “I am proud to endorse his campaign and look forward to working with him in Congress to make the wealthy pay their fair share of taxes, stop endless wars, and win Medicare for All.”

Dr. Hamawy has been endorsed by U.S. Sen. Bernie Sanders and leading progressive groups like Justice Democrats, released the largest fundraising totals of any candidate in the race, and submitted 50% more petitions to qualify for the ballot than his next closest opponent.
