Closing the books on a storied career that spanned nearly 50 years and included service to hundreds of elected officials, political campaigns, major corporations and many other clients, Vision Media Marketing Inc.’s Founder and President Paul Swibinski is announcing his retirement from the firm. Swibinski founded Vision Media in 1985 and has grown it into one of New Jersey’s most politically influential and successful public relations and communications companies.

Vision Media’s current Chief Operating Officer Phil Swibinski will be the firm’s new President and CEO, and he will work to build on its decades of success while pushing into new markets and providing innovative products and services to its clients. Phil Swibinski has worked at the firm since 2008 and has directed its day-to-day operations for the past six years.

“On behalf of our entire team, we’re all incredibly grateful to my Dad for the tireless work he put in for many years to grow Vision Media into one of the state’s leading public relations and communications firms,” said Phil Swibinski. “It has been a privilege to work closely with my Dad for the last 18 years and learn from one of the best political communicators in New Jersey history. I know he will continue to be an invaluable resource to myself and the firm moving forward while he enjoys more time in the sun, on the beach, with the grandkids and on the fairway.”

The management change is part of a long-term succession plan that the firm's partners have crafted over the past five years, ensuring a smooth transition and continued excellence in providing public relations, communications and media consulting services to clients in New Jersey and outside the state.
