The Union Beach numbers are flat in Monmouth County.

It’s supposed to be a  base town for Lieutenant Governor Kim Guadagno, who resides in Monmouth Beach, and the source presented them as though it’s bad news for the LG.

But turnout is low everywhere, and very likely low in the so-called base towns of Guadagno’s rival, Assemblyman Jack Ciattarelli (R-16).
