SOMERSET - Former Assemblyman Upendra Chivukula, co-author of The Third Way, has very educated views on the 12th Congressional District.

A veteran of the Assembly and former Franklin Township Mayor, Chivukula ran 12 years ago in the Democratic Primary, coming in second behind Bonnie Watson Coleman.
