Coughlin Reaches To Hudson For Ethics Commission Pick

Speaker Coughlin reached into Hudson County for the Joint Legislative Commission on Ethical Standards, naming the well-respected former Assemblywoman Joan Quigley to the commission.  Quigley, post-Assembly, serves as the President of North Hudson Community Action and has a popular column in the Jersey Journal.  

The Joint Committee on Ethical Standards has the authority to receive, investigate and report to the Legislature on allegations concerning the conduct or activities of members of the Legislature or legislative branch staff.

The full membership roster of the commission: John Wallace (chair), John Harper (vice-chair), Ronda Cotroneo (a former Passaic freeholder), Frederick Herrmann, Daniel Mecca, Michael Mitzner, Patrick Toscano, and Quigley.
