DNC Chairman Martin Coming to NJ for Sherrill

On Friday, October 17, Democratic National Committee Chairman Ken Martin will travel to New Jersey and New York for finance engagements.
He will then spend Saturday and Sunday in Trenton, New Jersey for GOTV and political engagements.
A labor guy, former chair of the Minnesota Democratic-Farmer-Labor Party, Martin ahead of the Democratic Primary and Mikie Sherrill's victory told InsiderNJ:
"At the end of the day, we have to be willing to stand up for our values with an economic agenda that helps people - working people. We know this: people working are their tails off out there and too many of them can't get ahead. We must be willing to get out there into the union halls and the places are working and hurting. Our efforts must be relentless, and we have to even rise above partisanship to convince people that we haven't forgotten about them and their families, because right now, not enough people feel like the party is fighting for them."
