Fulop Raises $10K for Dem House Candidate Welle
In the first of a series of such fundraisers, Jersey City Mayor Steven Fulop and the local Democratic organization raised $10,000 tonight for CD4’s Josh Welle, one of four congressional candidates running in this year’s general election.
More than 100 people showed up at South House in Jersey City in support of Welle.
In the coming days, Fulop also plans to raise money for CD7’s Tom Malinowski, CD11’s Mikie Sherrill, and Max Rose, who’s running in New York’s 11th District.
