Insider NJ's Max Pizarro discusses how the ongoing political drama between Gov. Phil Murphy and South Jersey Democratic power broker George Norcross III is like an ongoing, simultaneous screening of the movies Goodfellas and On the Waterfront.

Democratic gubernatorial candidate Phil Murphy has amassed $13.3 million and spent $9.8 million, compared to $3.9 million raised and $3.3 million spent by his Republican counterpart, Kim Guadagno, according to 11-day pre-Election Day reports filed with the state Election Law Enforcement Commission (ELEC).

Murphy has $3.5 million in reserve, while Guadagno has $632,169 cash on hand for the home stretch, at least according to the report.

Independent expenditure groups have spent significantly on the race, according to ELEC.
