Kerik’s Take On Oliver
While the vast majority of those in Democratic circles are celebrating and praising Phil Murphy’s LG pick of former Speaker Sheila Oliver as a historic choice and all-around smart move, former NYC police chief Bernard Kerik is an exception. A Passaic County native who got his start as the warden of the county jail, and subsequently plead guilty to ethics and tax fraud charges, Kerik took a shot on Facebook at Oliver:

This is a guy who plead guilty to ethics violations in 2006, was found guilty of tax fraud and lying to investigators in 2007, and again found guilty of tax fraud and lying in 2009.
We’re supposed to listen to him about law enforcement?
