Veteran Bill Pascrell staffer Ritzy Moralez-Diaz of Passaic received a promotion to District Manager in the congressman’s CD9 office this week.

Moralez-Diaz is a longtime Pascrell loyalist and party organizer, and one of the core members of his staff who helped the congressman win reelection in 2012 following congressional redistricting.
