The Real Conservative Team for Assembly in LD-24, Joshua Aikens and Jason Sarnoski, today released the following statement blasting candidate Dawn Fantasia for her adamant support of the NJ Gas Tax:

“In 2016, Dawn Fantasia sided with Trenton Democrats to raise the gas tax on New Jersey drivers. In fact, Fantasia was asked to serve as a spokesperson for the overnight gas tax hike, and she happily took on the task. If she somehow lies her way into the State Assembly, we know Gas Tax Dawn will do it again.”

FACT: Dawn recorded a radio ad in support of the overnight $0.23 gas tax increase, which was also used as a robocall to New Jersey residents, paid for by “ELEC Local 825,” otherwise known as the Gas Tax Union.
