(TRENTON) – Alyssa’s Law to install silent alarms in schools, condemning President Trump’s immigration policy, improving the response of public utility companies to major storms, protecting freelance workers and reducing lead exposure top Monday’s Assembly voting session.

Also on tap: helping displaced professionals from Puerto Rico living in New Jersey, protecting good Samaritans who break into vehicles to save unattended pets, addressing in-flight sexual assault, expanding temporary disability and family leave program, ensuring New Jersey’s participation in the 2020 census, and providing overdue funding to Meadowland towns in municipal tax sharing program.
