Assemblywoman Jessica Ramirez Secures Key Endorsement from New Jersey’s NEW JOBS PAC in State’s Most Competitive Primary
FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
Jersey City, NJ — Assemblywoman Jessica Ramirez has received the endorsement of NEW JOBS PAC in what is widely considered the most competitive primary race in the state. NEW JOBS PAC supports candidates committed to fostering job creation, economic growth, and other policies that lower costs for businesses.
"I am proud to receive the endorsement of NEW JOBS PAC,” said Assemblywoman Ramirez. “Small businesses make up the character of Jersey City and Hoboken. This endorsement reflects my record of supporting policies that allow them not just to stay open—but to thrive—in the new challenges they face in a post-COVID world."
Ramirez’s campaign has earned broad-based support from progressive leaders, organized labor, and now, one of the state’s most prominent business coalitions.
"As an attorney who specializes in representing survivors of violence and injured workers, I know that the priorities of labor and the priorities of business are not necessarily different," Ramirez continued. "A strong and healthy workforce leads to a strong and healthy business, and the fact that I have the support of both unions and business leaders speaks to the strength of this campaign."
With less than two weeks to go before the June primary, the endorsement from NEW JOBS PAC is expected to further galvanize support for Ramirez as she continues her reelection campaign.
