Bennett for Congress Announces More Than $480,000 Raised in Second Quarter of 2025
Bennett’s almost $1 million raised since launch demonstrates she has the resources and momentum needed to defeat vulnerable Republican Tom Kean Jr.
SOMERVILLE, NJ - Today, Rebecca Bennett, former Navy helicopter pilot and candidate for Congress, announced raising more than $480,000 in the second quarter of 2025 – a huge show of continued support for her campaign to defeat vulnerable Republican Congressman Tom Kean Jr.
In her first eight weeks in the race, Rebecca raised over $425,000. To date, Bennett has raised almost $1 million in her campaign to flip NJ-07 from red-to-blue, and has almost $700,000 cash on hand.
“The continued groundswell of support Rebecca has received in support of her campaign makes it clear that she will have the resources needed to flip this district in 2026, and give New Jersey’s 7th Congressional District a Representative who actually understands what families are going through,” said Nick Marroletti, Bennett for Congress Campaign Manager. “This race will be pivotal to flip the House next November, and Tom Kean Jr.'s decisive vote to strip thousands of his own constituents of their healthcare and balloon our national debt proves that it’s time to retire Kean in 2026.”
Rebecca Bennett is a former U.S. Navy helicopter pilot, officer in the Air National Guard, business leader in healthcare, and mom of two. Rebecca served in the Navy for over a decade as a helicopter pilot and aircraft commander.
