Bramnick statement on Frelinghuysen retirement

WESTFIELD, N.J. – Assembly Republican Leader Jon Bramnick released the following statement on Congressman Rodney Frelinghuysen’s announcement of his retirement from Congress at the end of this term:

“Congressman Frelinghuysen was a statesman.  He always was a gentleman and was a leader in Congress. There is no one in politics who was in a better position than Rodney to bring the parties together.   In today’s divisive world of partisan politics and extreme media, the Congressman was a beacon of light among elected officials. I will miss him.  Rodney has always been a class act.”
