Bridgewater Mayor Speaks to BRHS Republicans for Inaugural Meeting

Bridgewater Mayor Matthew Moench spoke at the inaugural meeting for the Bridgewater-Raritan High School Republicans this week

BRIDGEWATER – The newly formed Republican Club at Bridgewater-Raritan High School met for the first time on Wednesday, September 22. This is the first club for young conservatives at the school in many years, providing a safe and crucial space for such students to express themselves and their beliefs. The club aims to educate high schoolers about government, the importance of youth in politics, and conservative values while getting involved in local campaigns.

Bridgewater Mayor Matthew Moench spoke to the club about his experience running for town council and mayor, being a young member of the party himself. He also touched on the importance of mobilizing the youth for a positive impact on local politics.

If any Bridgewater-Raritan students are interested in getting involved in the club, join the Google Classroom with code g2wer5r with a high school BRRSD account.
