Bucco: Gov. Murphy is fooling himself

TRENTON, N.J. – Assemblyman Anthony M. Bucco (R-Morris), the Republican conference leader, released the following statement in response to Gov. Phil Murphy’s state of the state message.

“The number one problem for the working poor and middle class in New Jersey is the cost of living and property taxes.  Nothing we heard today addresses these critical issues.  Instead, one year and one hundred sixty-nine new laws later the problems are getting worse. If Governor Murphy believes New Jersey is stronger and fairer than it was one year ago he is fooling himself.”
