Additional training pieces will be rolled out as we progress through 2019 and into 2020. My administration feels that our employees are worth investing in.”
Noted as a recommendation in Special Counsel Jim Johnson’s report, Atlantic City – Building a Foundation for a Shared Prosperity, the City of Atlantic City recognizes that developing current employees into future leaders is essential to building municipal capacity.
