DeCotiis Attorney Lauren Bonaguro Named Contract Partner

Lauren Bonaguro has been named Contract Partner based on the impressive expertise and acumen she has brought to DeCotiis, FitzPatrick, Cole & Giblin, LLP. Ms. Bonaguro specializes in public and private labor and employment law, having represented clients before a range of bodies including New York State’s Public Employment Relations Board, the Office of Collective Bargaining, New Jersey’s Public Employment Relations Commission, the American Arbitration Association, and the National Labor Relations Board.

Since joining DeCotiis in January 2017, Ms. Bonaguro has and continues to provide clients with a considerable array of skills and experience. She has advised, defended, and litigated in both state and federal courts, and regular handles a variety of administrative proceedings. She has represented clients in numerous collective bargaining negotiations, labor arbitrations, union organizing drives, unfair labor practice charges, strikes and other labor dispute litigation.
