DUVALL FOR CONGRESS: WHILE FAR-LEFT CANDIDATES PROMISE MORE ‘FREE STUFF’, NORCROSS VOTES ‘YES’ TO MORE DEBT AND DEFICITS
WHILE FAR-LEFT CANDIDATES PROMISE MORE ‘FREE STUFF’, NORCROSS VOTES ‘YES’ TO MORE DEBT AND DEFICITS
CHERRY HILL – NJ CD-1 GOP candidate Josh Duvall released the following statement:
“This week, we saw two nights of DNC debates where candidates promised to give away more and more ‘free stuff’ to citizens and illegal immigrants alike.”
“In the midst of that circus, our congressional representatives found their way to a bi-partisan solution to our financial woes: increasing the debt ceiling (again) and blowing up the federal budget with more deficit spending.”
“Per usual, our very own Donald Norcross toed the party line by voting ‘yes’ to spending more money we don’t have.”
“As a citizen and middle class taxpayer myself, the reckless spending of our elected representatives, and yes, that includes President Trump and some Republicans, is beyond disappointing.”
“For someone who constantly touts his ‘working man’ roots, Norcross sure doesn’t practice basic budgeting with our taxpayer dollars.”
“Working people who are scraping by month after month don’t have the luxury of spending money on things they can’t afford. Propping up pet projects with other people’s money isn’t part of their daily decision making process.”
“Maybe it’s time middle class voters in South Jersey start looking for middle class representation in Congress. At least they’d have someone who understands the concept of ‘living within their means’.”
