Dear Englewood Residents,

When Mayor Frank Huttle announced he would not be seeking a fourth term, we, the undersigned members of the Englewood Municipal Democratic Committee, immediately knew that Phil Meisner was the person to replace him. During nearly two decades of civic involvement, Phil has demonstrated a work ethic, sense of fairness and devotion to our City that is beyond question or compare. Phil has shown an ability to listen to all sides of an issue, not just to those with whom he agrees. Phil will make a difference in Englewood and be a mayor we can all be proud of.

For these and many other reasons, we EMDC members, along with many of our colleagues, endorsed Phil Meisner to run on the Democratic Party line in the June 5^th primary. We need a mayor who can lead, who can listen, and who can make things happen. We need Phil Meisner. This is why we stand with Phil Meisner now, and will be standing by him when he is elected the next mayor of Englewood. We urge you to join us in supporting Phil Meisner for mayor.
