Fitzherbert Announces Another Atlantic County Endorsement

South Jersey’s Harry Hurley reports that Brian Fitzherbert has announced his candidacy in Congressional District 2. Last year, Fitzherbert vied for the GOP nomination in a crowded primary, but was knocked off the ballot after rival Hirsh Singh challenged his petition signature.

Fitzherbert Announces Another Atlantic County Endorsement

Egg Harbor Township– Brian T. Fitzherbert, who is seeking the Republican nomination for Congress in New Jersey’s Second Congressional District, announced the endorsement of Absecon Councilman and Mayoral Candidate Chris Seher.

Seher voiced his support saying, “Brian has spent his entire career in defense, aviation and aerospace. In Congress, he will be a tremendous advocate for our unique economy. He will fight for support of The FAA William J. Hughes Technical Center, The National Aviation Research, Technology Park, and the 177th Fighter Wing. Brian’s experience, expertise, and background make him the perfect fit for the 2nd Congressional District.  South Jersey needs someone in Washington D.C. who knows how to navigate the industries we are looking to grow in Atlantic County. That is why I am pleased to endorse my friend Brian Fitzherbert for Congress.”

“I’m humbled to have Councilman Seher’s endorsement for Congress and I look forward to calling him Mayor Seher after the November election. His words are clear, it’s time we had a Congressman who knows how to utilize the assets we have in South Jersey to further diversify and grow our economy,” Fitzherbert said.

New Jersey’s 2nd Congressional District covers all of Atlantic, Cape May, Cumberland and Salem Counties, as well as parts of Gloucester, Ocean, Burlington, and Camden Counties.
