RIDGEWOOD, N.J. – Today, Wednesday, October 3, 2018, Josh Gottheimer launched DoubleDipMcCann.com, a website dedicated to informing voters about John McCann’s record of double-dipping, raising property taxes, and lining his own pockets at the taxpayers’ expense.

“Tea Partier John McCann campaigns on a platform of lower taxes and fighting for Jersey, yet his record tells a different story,” said Josh Gottheimer. “McCann earned $140,000 a year through a political patronage job, while also raking in hundreds of thousands in income on side. On the Cresskill Town Council, he voted raise property taxes four times, voted against property tax cuts, and failed to pay his own taxes. Jersey voters deserve better than John McCann.”
