Gottheimer Hosts 40th “Cup of Joe with Josh” Town Hall

PARK RIDGE, NJ – U.S. Congressman Josh Gottheimer (NJ-5) held his 40th “Cup of Joe with Josh” Town Hall at the Ridge Diner on Sunday, July 22, 2019 in Park Ridge. Dozens of local residents joined the discussion with Gottheimer about everything from reinstating the SALT deduction to actually cut taxes, to lowering the cost of prescription drugs, to his work with the bipartisan Problem Solvers Caucus.

“I want to thank the Park Ridge Diner for welcoming us and I appreciate everyone who joined to share their thoughts with me and to ask questions about the issues on their minds,” said Congressman Josh Gottheimer (NJ-5). “Hearing from the folks I represent is an essential part of my ability to best represent the Fifth Congressional District. I appreciate the opportunity to sit down and engage with the community to talk about what’s concerning them most. I will continue to fight for common sense solutions on the issues we discussed, like lowering our taxes, investing in our crumbling infrastructure, lowering our health care costs, and other local issues. I will take these concerns with me to inform my problem solving approach to fighting for the Fifth District.”
