Governor Murphy to Join Mayor Gusciora at Inaugural Chinese New Year Celebration

What:  Inaugural Chinese New Year celebration in the City of Trenton

 

When: Tuesday, February 5, 4-9 p.m.

            Governor scheduled to arrive at 6:45 p.m.

 

Where: S. Warren Street between E. State and Lafayette Streets

 

Additional Information: Restaurants along S Warren Street are changing their menus for the day and offering Chinese dishes. Vendors will have booths along the street with food, games, performances, and more, and the street will be lined with lanterns and other decorations. The evening will also include a children’s dragon parade. The event is free and open to all. Additionally, the parking garage at the corner of Layette Street and South Warren Street will be open to the public and free of charge during the event.
