TRENTON, NJ – How far would Jack Ciattarelli go to make Donald Trump happy?
He says he would have personally harassed every member of New Jersey’s congressional delegation to support Trump’s price hike bill that’s set to kick more than 300,000 people off NJ FamilyCare, jack up energy prices, and reinstate the SALT cap.

As this legislation heads to Trump’s desk, remember what’s in the bill that Ciattarelli – who says he agrees with Trump on every single issue – would have gone all-out to help pass:
- A New Jersey family of two, each earning $60,000/year, paying about $5,500 more every year in higher costs (almost 5% of their total income).
- 410,000 people in New Jersey, all told, losing their health insurance – 320,000 from its Medicaid and ACA cuts and an additional 90,000 from its non-extension of ACA tax credits.
“If Jack Ciattarelli were governor right now, he would have spent the last month lighting up the phones in D.C. to make sure hundreds of thousands of New Jerseyans lose health care, pay more on their energy bill, and see their taxes go up. He doesn’t just agree with Trump on every issue, he’d go out of his way to make sure every box on the MAGA wishlist gets checked, and New Jersey can’t afford his toxic agenda,” said New Jersey Democratic State Committee spokesperson Ryan Radulovacki.
