Mandelblatt Announces Endorsements of More than Two Dozen Prominent CD-7 Residents
Lisa Mandelblatt, a Democrat running in in New Jersey’s Seventh Congressional District, announced today the support of more than two dozen elected officials, community leaders, and business owners from across the district.
“I am proud to have the support of residents from every corner of the district who believe I have the spirit, the intellect and the moxie to defeat the Republican candidate in November,” Mandelblatt said. “Since launching my campaign last year, I have traveled to so many wonderful communities in the district and listened to the concerns of voters, which has only strengthened my resolve to represent the people of the Seventh District.”
Mandelblatt campaign manager Don Shaw said Mandelblatt has the momentum to win the Democratic primary in June. Mandelblatt has raised the most money out of the seven candidates running for the Democratic nomination, garnering more than $640,000.
“We are building a deep reservoir of support that will sweep Lisa Mandelblatt to victory in June,” Shaw said. “Her support comes from throughout the district from Union all the way to Phillipsburg and everywhere in between.”
Mandelblatt, a resident of Westfield and lifelong resident of the Seventh District, is a working mom who has devoted her time to volunteering and working in her community, where she has developed strong relationships with elected officials, parents, activists and business owners.
