Maria’s Women United Announces 2025 Endorsements

Trenton, NJ – Maria’s Women United, a political action committee inspired by the legacy of the late trailblazer Maria Barnaby Greenwald, is proud to announce its endorsements of women candidates running in the 2025 election cycle.

This year’s endorsements include women running at every level of government - from local councils to county offices, the state legislature, and even the governor’s office. Guided by the mission of uplifting women and amplifying their voices in public service, Maria’s Women United is committed to ensuring more women are elected and their leadership recognized across New Jersey.

The candidates endorsed this year reflect the vision, courage, and dedication needed to make a meaningful impact in their communities. Among them is Congresswoman Mikie Sherrill, running a historic campaign for governor. If successful, she would become only the second woman ever elected to lead New Jersey.
