NEW JERSEY FMBA STATEMENT ON APPOINTMENT OF ASSEMBLYWOMAN LIZ MUOIO AS TREASURER
NEW JERSEY FMBA STATEMENT ON APPOINTMENT OF
ASSEMBLYWOMAN LIZ MUOIO AS TREASURER
FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
December 13, 2017
RAHWAY, NJ-
With his first two Cabinet appointments Governor-Elect Murphy has shown that he’s picking serious people for serious positions.
Assemblywoman Liz Muoio has a long career in public service, she has committed herself to doing the work of the people.
The position she has been picked to fill is a critical one, especially after eight years of financial mismanagement and fiscal imprudence at the hands of our outgoing governor.
The New Jersey State FMBA, and our more than 5,000 firefighters, EMTs and dispatchers look forward to working with her to finally fulfill our efforts to secure the pension system, protecting the retirement security and the investments our members have made throughout their careers.
