NJ FMBA ENDORSES TOM MALINOWSKI FOR CONGRESS

RAHWAY, NJ – Earlier today the NJ FMBA unanimously endorsed Tom Malinowski for Congress in the the 7th Congressional District.

Following is a statement from NJ FMBA President Eddie Donnelly:

It is not a partisan statement to say that over the past several months we have watched chaos rule Washington, D.C. It is impossible to think that our country can move forward under these current circumstances.

However, there is hope.

In just a few short weeks voters will go to the polls and have a chance to send leaders to our nation’s capital that will work to restore order and serve to improve the lives of all Americans.

We believe that Tom Malinowski is one of those candidates that will use his voice in a constructive way to bring about a change in the tone and tenor that is currently holding us back.

It has been a pleasure to get to know Tom during this campaign, and we trust his assurances that when he is elected he will fight for New Jersey’s first responders.  He understands that New Jersey has been on the short end of the stick in regards to much needed dollars returning to our great state.

He is aware of the challenges our first responders face everyday on the front lines of defense for our communities and has committed to advocating for safe working conditions while remaining steadfast in insuring our elected officials stand up and be heard when our members need it most.

On behalf of the 5000 firefighters, EMTs, and dispatchers represented by the NJ FMBA I am proud to announce that he has received our full endorsement.
