NJ Hosted Successful IPMA-HR Eastern Region Training

The International Public Management Association for Human Resources (IPMA-HR) hosted its 2022 Eastern Region Training and Development Conference in New Brunswick, New Jersey. The conference was from Sunday, April 24, 2022, to Wednesday, April 27, 2022, at The Heldrich Hotel & Conference Center.

Over 85 HR friends and colleagues attended the three professional development and networking training days. Attendees learned about the latest hot topics in public-sector HR management and how you can develop into a top-notch HR professional.

“On behalf of the Host Committee, we would like to thank everyone who joined us for the IPMA-HR Eastern Region Training & Development Conference, entitled “Growing & Developing in the Garden State,” stated Host Committee Co-Chairs Joe Genovay and Joe Forte. “Human Resources professionals from all over the east coast come to attend the event. The conference would not have been possible without our host committee, volunteers, New Jersey members, and special guests who traveled from out of state. This past week, we hope attendees left feeling enlightened and inspired by our fine program of presenters.”

For more information about the conference or how to join the New Jersey chapter, please visit the conference website at www.ipma-hr-nj.org. Copies of the conference PowerPoint presentations will also be provided on the website.
