On Wednesday, July 17, 2019, the NJ LGBT Dems Caucus hosted a successful First Annual Drag Bingo event at Club Feathers in River Edge, NJ.

Over 180 tickets were sold, with over $4,500 in funds raised to candidates running for public office in November.

The event, hosted by Ginger Snap, was “a fun, no-pressure way to raise some money and get together with friends in the Bergen/Passaic/Morris area. It was great to host elected officials from Bergen County and the surrounding counties for a good cause,” said Lauren Albrecht, NJ LGBTQ Democrats Chairwoman, who continued, “In addition to our other leaders, Vice Chair David Grant and Secretary Joe Forte, this event was coordinated by NJ DSC Committeewoman Esther Fletcher and Patrick McCluskey, in conjunction with the great management at Club Feathers. We can’t wait for next year!”
