NJBIA Hires Amy Densmore as Chief Strategy Officer

Amy Densmore, a marketing and growth executive with nearly two decades’ experience building brands and growing customer bases, has joined the New Jersey Business & Industry Association as its new Chief Strategy Officer.

Densmore comes to NJBIA after a 13-year career at AAA Club Alliance. In her role as Vice President of Member Performance, she led an enterprise-wide strategy to strengthen customer loyalty and boost membership, spearheading strategies that drove customer growth and re-engaged past members. Under her leadership, the customer loyalty program achieved industry-leading retention results.

NJBIA President & CEO Michele Siekerka said Densmore’s skillsets and experience are a perfect fit for her new role as chief strategy officer at the state's most influential employer organization, which offers the most products and services for New Jersey businesses.

“Amy has a track record in leading cross-functional teams, scaling performance and building high-impact campaigns across digital, traditional, and experiential channels, incorporating analytics, segmentation, customer relationship management (CRM) and predictive modeling,” Siekerka said.

“She brings a highly data-driven approach to strategy and execution,” Siekerka said. “At AAA, she leveraged data science to boost member renewals and retention, while also enhancing onboarding programs and consistently reducing churn. Her expertise in building customer loyalty and measurable results makes her an outstanding addition to NJBIA, and we are thrilled to welcome her to the team.”

Prior to AAA, Densmore launched her career in sports marketing with the Philadelphia Eagles and the Philadelphia Union, focusing on partnership activations, events, and marketing campaigns that supported corporate sponsorship initiatives. She is a Penn State University graduate, with a bachelor's degree in communications.

“I’m honored to join NJBIA and work alongside a team so dedicated to strengthening New Jersey’s business community,” Densmore said. “I’m excited to build on NJBIA’s mission by growing membership and delivering the tools, and savings that help businesses thrive.”
