Jack Ciattarelli, Again, Says He Supports Trump Tariffs That Are Hurting NJ Small Businesses 

And refuses to say, as he has all year, where he disagrees with Trump

TRENTON, NJ – On New Jersey Now, Jack Ciattarelli was asked two questions at the center of this gubernatorial contest:

“What do you make of the tariffs?” and, “Where do you differ with President Trump on policy?”

New Jersey’s “100% MAGA” candidate responded, with less than two months until Election Day, the same way he always has in this race – by wholeheartedly backing the harmful, disruptive tariffs hurting Jersey small businesses and refusing to distance himself from Donald Trump’s agenda.

Q: “If the tariffs are bad for New Jersey, are you willing to push back on the president?"

• Jack: “President's trying to hit the reset button… he did say there might be some short term pain.”
• Tell that to the pizzerias, manufacturers, and small shops along the Jersey Shore who’ve been feeling that pain all year and struggling to make ends meet.
