Jack Ciattarelli Endorses Trump’s Energy Price Hike, Will Make New Jersey’s Energy Crisis Worse

TRENTON, NJ – Jack Ciattarelli fully supports Donald Trump’s price hike bill, which will raise New Jerseyans’ electric bills by $200.

He calls PJM, the largest grid operator in America that Republican and Democratic governors agree needs to be held to account, “some obscure nonprofit.”

He says that taking them on to cut costs, like Mikie Sherrill plans to do, is “all BS.”

“Jack Ciattarelli, who’s only in this race to benefit himself and Donald Trump, has been in Trenton politics for decades – and has done nothing to take on the billion-dollar utilities and shadowy grid operators that are keeping energy costs high in New Jersey. This week was as clear a contrast as you’ll ever get in campaign politics: Mikie Sherrill in Kenilworth announcing a bold plan to cut New Jersey families’ energy bills, and Jack Ciattarelli in Bedminster sucking up to Donald Trump,” said New Jersey Democratic State Committee spokesperson Ryan Radulovacki.
