Pascrell to Lead Annual Brain Injury Awareness Day on Capitol Hill

WASHINGTON, DC – TOMORROW, March 13, 2019, U.S. Rep. Bill Pascrell, Jr. (D-NJ-09), co-founder and Chair of the Congressional Brain Injury Task Force, will host the annual Brain Injury Awareness Fair on Capitol Hill. The fair seeks to raise public understanding of brain injury and the struggles faced by injury victims and their families, and to showcase advances being made to treat brain injury.

The fair will be followed by a briefing, Living Well with Brain Injury, featuring several professionals in the brain injury field.

The Task Force, founded by Pascrell, leads this yearly event dedicated to increasing awareness of brain injury in the United States and supporting research initiatives for rehabilitation and potential cures.
