Statement from Senator Richard J. Codey on the nomination of Rachel Wainer Apter as an Associate Justice for the New Jersey Supreme Court

LIVINGSTON – Senator Codey released a statement today on the nomination of Rachel Wainer Apter to the New Jersey Supreme Court.
