Supreme Court Decision on Workplace Arbitration: “It’s a sad day for American workers” says Neil Mullin, Esq. of Smith Mullin

MONTCLAIR, NJ – “Sixty million American workers have been forced to sign mandatory arbitration agreements that strip them of their right to a jury trial. Trump’s new justice, Mr. Gorsuch, has continued that practice. This is a tragedy for American workers trying to make a living. In this particular case — it means that workers fighting to have reasonable wages cannot join together but have to face the power of huge corporations on their own, one by one. It’s a sad day for American workers.”

Neil Mullin and Nancy Erika Smith represented former Fox News host Gretchen Carlson in her lawsuit against Roger Ailes.
