Tedesco Statement on Paul T. Fader’s Passing

(Hackensack)- Bergen County Executive Jim Tedesco released the following statement regarding the death of former Englewood Mayor Paul T. Fader:

“I am deeply saddened by the sudden passing of my dear friend Paul Fader. Paul and I met nearly two decades ago, when I was newly elected mayor of Paramus and he was beginning his second term as Mayor of Englewood, and I have appreciated his friendship and counsel ever since. Paul devoted himself and his career to the people of Bergen County and New Jersey and we are better for his service to all of us. Over the past three years, I have been grateful to work closely with Paul as he played a crucial role in shaping the future of the state’s largest hospital, New Bridge Medical Center, and I am proud that his work will positively impact the lives of our fellow residents for decades to come.

On behalf of the people of Bergen County, I extend my heartfelt condolences to Paul’s wife Jill, their four children, and all those throughout our state who join me in mourning Paul.”
