Upcoming: NJ Student Sustainability Coalition Launches Earth Week Events for the Green Amendment

To celebrate Earth Day, NJSSC’s Green Amendment team is hosting an entire week of events
centered on the proposed environmental rights amendment to New Jersey’s constitution. The NJ
Green Amendment would recognize and protect the rights to pure water, clean air, a stable climate
and healthy environments for all people including future generations. Organized by and for
students for a constitutional amendment that will safeguard our futures, we encourage you to join
one or all of these events to learn more and help advance the NJ Green Amendment movement.

Who: Organized by students on the NJSSC Green Amendment team; open to participants of any
audience!
What: A week of workshops and events with opportunities to learn more, ask questions, and
engage on NJ’s proposed Green Amendment.
