Willingboro Township Launches New Citizens Engagement Mobile App

Willingboro, N.J. — Willingboro Township officially announced the launch of Willingboro Connect, a new mobile citizen engagement application powered by GOGov that puts the relevant township-related information in the palms of residents’ hands.

The app allows residents to have a direct line of communication to request services and report issues such as potholes, code enforcement issues , and more. The app will also be a great source of information with links to the town website, news, and ongoing events.

Township staff will leverage powerful dashboards and reporting tools to identify hot spots, increase productivity, streamline communications, and prioritize projects. Willingboro Connect also allows staff to keep residents updated with notifications sent directly to the user’s devices.

“We’re extremely excited about the launch of Willingboro Connect! It is one more mechanism that will allow our residents to stay connected to the Township. You will be able to submit requests and quickly access information,” said Mayor Kaya McIntosh. “I’ve downloaded the app, and I encourage our residents to do the same to keep up with us and be updated on what’s happening around town.”

To download the free app, go to the Apple App Store or Google Play Store and search “Willingboro Connect” to find the app.
