Hoffmann & Baron, LLP Attorney Inducted To New Jersey Women Lawyers Association Young Lawyers Committee
Parsippany, NJ – Hoffmann & Baron, LLP is proud to announce Alexandria P. Stiteler, Associate, has been inducted into the Young Lawyers Committee of the New Jersey Women Lawyers Association (NJWLA).
Stiteler was officially installed during the NJWLA’s Installation Dinner in Roseland, New Jersey. During the ceremony, the organization’s Board of Directors and committee members were sworn in by the Honorable Jessica S. Allen, U.S. Magistrate Judge for the District of New Jersey.
Stiteler’s installation represents another milestone in her continued professional development and commitment to leadership within New Jersey’s legal community. In addition to her work at Hoffmann & Baron, she has remained actively involved in professional organizations and initiatives supporting the next generation of attorneys.
The NJWLA was founded in 1981 with the goal of advancing and retaining women in the legal profession. The organization promotes the professional advancement of women through education, activism, mentoring, networking and leadership opportunities, while also working to promote qualified women to leadership positions throughout the legal community and judiciary. NJWLA has grown to more than 1,000 members in recent years.
The Young Lawyers Committee is focused specifically on the professional experiences of newer attorneys. According to NJWLA’s bylaws, the committee creates and presents events addressing the ideas, concerns and challenges faced by young lawyers. Membership is available to attorneys who have been in practice for seven years or less, as well as law students.
The committee also provides opportunities for younger members of the legal profession to develop their skills and professional networks. NJWLA’s Young Lawyers Division highlights practical training, continuing legal education programs, networking opportunities and interaction with experienced practitioners, judges, corporate counsel and fellow young lawyers. ABOUT ALEXANDRIA STITELER:
Alexandria P. Stiteler is an attorney in Hoffmann & Baron, LLP’s New Jersey office, where she focuses on intellectual property law. She earned her Juris Doctor, cum laude, from St. John’s University School of Law on a full tuition scholarship, where she received the Dean’s Award for Excellence in Fashion Law and Drafting Trademark Prosecution. She also holds a Bachelor of Science, cum laude, in Biology with a minor in Geology from the University of South Alabama, also on a full tuition scholarship, providing her with a strong technical background in the biological sciences.
Prior to joining Hoffmann & Baron, Stiteler served as an in-house legal intern for Centric Brands, where she assisted with maintaining the company’s extensive trademark and intellectual property licensing portfolios. She has also held various legal roles that further developed her experience in intellectual property. Stiteler passed the Patent Bar and brings her legal and scientific background to her work representing clients in intellectual property matters.
Beyond her work at Hoffmann & Baron, Stiteler is actively involved in the intellectual property legal community. She serves as Chair of the New Jersey Intellectual Property Law Association’s Young Lawyers Committee and Mentorship Program and has participated as a panelist in programs focused on careers in intellectual property and professional development for law students and emerging attorneys.
