New Jersey Business Magazine Celebrates America's 250th Birthday, NJ's Contributions

This special July edition of New Jersey Business Magazine celebrates America's 250th birthday with an array of feature stories highlighting the state's top industries.
The magazine, which is powered by NJBIA and is the Garden State’s longest standing business publication dating back to 1954, explores the historical significance of these industries and how they complement the nation’s semiquincentennial birthday.
“We approached this issue as very much a celebratory banner of how New Jersey industries had a hand in the birth and progress of our nation,” said New Jersey Business Magazine Editor-in-Chief Anthony Birritteri.
“We are very proud to provide this issue as not only a cache of historical commerce, but also how these industries still lead on where we are heading in the future.”
“This issue truly captures the depth of New Jersey’s central role in growth of our nation as we celebrate 250 years,” said NJBIA President and CEO Michele Siekerka. “Each of these well-reported stories shows the seeds of America’s entrepreneurial spirits and fruit that bore from their innovations.”
