Legal, tax, and payroll implications of worker classification
-
Common misclassification risks and steps to reduce exposure
-
What businesses should review in their contracts, documentation, and working arrangements
“We look forward to having our experts explain the rules from legal and tax perspectives, discuss the risks of misclassification, and outline steps businesses can take to review their contractor relationships and comply,” said NJBIA President and CEO Michele Siekerka.
