NJBIA to Present Pivotal Report on Bayway Industrial Complex, Nov. 14

Federal, State, Local, Business Officials to Discuss
NJBIA is inviting media to attend the official release of an Economic Impact Analysis Report for the Bayway Industrial Complex in Linden on Friday, Nov. 14, as energy policy and New Jersey’s economy continuing to serve as top priorities for the incoming Sherrill administration.
A host of federal, state and local officials, as well as company leaders and employees from Phillips 66, Sunoco, Nexpera, Infineum and Linden Cogeneration, will join to discuss the report, which was facilitated by NJBIA and research partner the New Jersey Institute of Technology.
Tentative speakers scheduled to make brief remarks include:
- Congressman Tom Kean Jr. (NJ-7)
- Assemblyman and Assembly Commerce, Economic Development and Agriculture Chair William Spearman (District 5)
- Assemblywoman and Deputy Minority Conference Leader Vicky Flynn (District 13)
- Linden Mayor Derek Armsted
- NJBIA President & CEO Michele Siekerka
- Bayway Refinery Vice President Don Susanen
- Employee and small business representatives from Bayway Complex
