Jessica focuses her practice on complex litigation and counseling matters, including data privacy and cybersecurity, employment practices liability, directors and officers liability, and business disputes. She regularly represents corporate clients, executives, and professionals in high-stakes litigation involving claims such as discrimination, harassment, whistleblower actions, restrictive covenant disputes, and trade secret matters. She also serves as lead counsel in litigation arising under New Jersey’s Daniel’s Law, representing covered persons in matters involving the disclosure of protected personal information.

Leveraging this litigation experience, Jessica also advises clients on data privacy and cybersecurity compliance, incident response, information governance, and risk mitigation strategies, as well as broader employment-related compliance and best practices. Known for her strategic approach, Jessica has successfully handled matters before key tribunals including the New Jersey Division on Civil Rights, the New York Commission on Human Rights, and the American Arbitration Association, and has played a key role in addressing constitutional challenges arising under New Jersey’s Daniel’s Law.
