Schenck, Price, Smith & King LLP is pleased to announce Katrina M. Xyloportas has joined the firm as an Associate in Schenck Price’s Family Law Practice Group.
Katrina has extensive experience in all facets of divorce and family law. She possesses a vast knowledge and understanding of family law before, during, and after divorce.
Katrina advocates for clients across New Jersey in all aspects of matrimonial and domestic relations law. Her practice encompasses the full spectrum of the divorce process, including asset division, alimony, child support, and custody disputes. As no two cases are the same, Katrina approaches each matter with a fresh perspective, crafting strategies that fit the specific realities of each client’s life.
Skilled in navigating the nuances of the family court system, Katrina regularly represents clients in non-dissolution (FD) matters and domestic violence proceedings, providing strategic, steadfast guidance when it is needed most.
Katrina is admitted to practice in New Jersey and is pending in New York. She holds a J.D. from Rutgers University and a B.A. in Political Science from The College of New Jersey.
She is a Member of the Union County Bar Association, Family Law Section and the Union County Bar Association, Young Lawyer's Division.
