South Ward Democratic Chairman / South Ward Councilman Support for Congresswoman McIver

Congresswoman Lamonica McIver is the right choice to continue to lead the 10th congressional district.

With the election nearing and chaos and confusion in Washington continuing, our 10th congressional district needs a steady hand and a fighting voice that  represents the spirit of our district.

It is not a mistake why this Trump administration continues to push back against our congresswoman because they can see first hand  the care ,fight and vision she has in speaking out against backward systems and forcing real  change with her unyielding spirit .

This is what the 10th congressional district needs  not just a fighter but a visionary that happens to be a wife ,mother, mentor and hope for many .

This is a great time to send a meaningful message to Washington that we will not sit back and watch as they  defame the spirit of this courageous leader that  represents  a diverse group of residents, clergy and elected officials that stand with her daily  as she takes the fight to Washington.

Congresswoman Mciver continues to lead the charge for affordable housing , livable wages and stronger communities within our district and deserves another opportunity to lead and lift us.

I am encouraging all those that reside in the 10th congressional district to stand with congresswoman McIver and send a resounding message to Washington that the 10th congressional district is watching ,waiting and ready .
