Dick Codey was above all else a good and decent man.

The 'Guv' was relentless in caring for those who couldn't fend for themselves.

Both combative and kind, Dick loved a good fight, a good joke and he loved his life and his family. The state of New Jersey loved him in return.

His passing marks an end of era and his memory will be a blessing.
